Hi.
As mentioned before, I’ve followed instructions on your guide and verified it more and more, to be sure.
API key correctly generated on Open Weather and registered on plugin.
But it does not release any content like page shows.
Any suggestion yet?

What city and country do you set in your weather?
What do you set in State field?

Verified and completed all the field with autocompletition after typing the first three letter.

I was talking about State field, not Country field.
You have to put Rhode Island in State field AND USA in Country field.

Can you try with default WP theme (2016) with all plugins disabled (except WP Cloudy).
Make sure your API key is correct.
And send me all information about your weather.
