    This plugin does not meet expectation

    1. Generating Feed takes a long time.

    I even followed there multiple guide but did not worked.

    2. Paid plans are to high but features is less.

    There are many plugins available at lower cost with a lot of features.

    If you wan to go for a free plugin then this one maybe helpful but if you want to pay for this plugin then i Would suggest to search for a different plugin.

    Thanks for your review and feedback. Sorry to hear you are disappointed in our plugin. Could you explain your concerns more into detail, so:

    • Feed processing could take long but this all depends on the amount of products you have, attributes, server configuration and many more settings. Important to know is that our plugin process products in batches in order not to use too many server resources which will effect the performance of your website. Our plugin is the only one doing this.
    • Our paid plans are in line or even cheaper than competitors and offer a lot more than our free plan. We are interested to learn why you think this is not the case, could you elaborate please?

    @jdembowski thanks for looking into this, appreciated.

    We found the reviews suspicious because:
    – we hardly ever receive one star reviews, let alone two in one day;

    – the reviews are from people who never have been into contact with, which is very a-typical for the previous one-star reviews we got in the past;

    – one of the reviewers created his account today, just before leaving the review;

    – reviews are very generic and not correct on the content of it.

    All in all enough reasons for us to doubt the real motives for leaving these reviews. Anyhow, if you are sure they are legit than we’ll cope them of course 🙂

    This is an honest suggestion: do not care about your review score or average at all. Not even a little bit. Care about your reply instead. Reply well, that’s your only recourse to a bad review.

    1 star reviews happen. Don’t try to find some sort of pattern to it. *Drinks coffee* They’ll just make you a forum moderator if you do.
