Does not on work on mobile ?

    Hi! I’m not 100% sure this is the plugin’s fault as it works perfectly on desktop. But if I try to log in on my phone, tried Safari and Firefox, when I login, it just loops back to login page, no error message. Any idea, hint as to why??

    I am sorry to read about your issue. Few questions; are you logging in using the browser on your phone or are you using an app?

    Also, if you deactivate the plugin, then can you log in?

    Can you also please let us know what version of WordPress, the plugin are you using? And what phone / OS / Browser are you using?

    I’m trying to log in using firefox and safari browsers (have tried both) on an iphone 8 and 12, just changed phone, same problem)
    Yes, if I deactivate this 2fa plugin site I can login admin side no problem, on same phone and browsers.

    Everything is updated to most recent version on the site.

    We’ve ran some tests and everything is working well. This is something very specific to your setup.

    I’m afraid that it is very difficult to tell offhand what the issue is without getting more details about your setup, what versions of all software you are running etc.

    Can you please send us the System Information file from the Help & Contact Us page in the plugin via email at [email protected]? Please make reference to this forum thread in your email.
