Does not open the custom created theme

    Hello and congratulations on the plugin which I find very well done. I still have this problem: I created a new theme and set it up for a popup. The popup opens but not with the theme I created but with the preset one which is “Default theme”. I tried to deactivate and reactivate Popup Maker, I tried to change the theme with a default one and in this case the popup opens with the theme set but not with the one I created.

    Hello @reteinformatica – thanks for writing in and sorry to hear that you are experiencing such issue.

    Looking at your issue, it seems the issue is caused by the conflict with the current custom theme that you are using.

    Could you please check if there are any JavaScript console errors on your website? Kindly check it while the Popup Maker plugin and the custom theme are both activated.
