Does not replace all data

I like this plugin and the logic is there but it did not change all the required areas of the database. For example it failed to change data for some plugins and also my theme information. White label cms still had old information in it.

It changed a fair chunk of my data but it left out some crucial parts.
I therefore opened the sql and did a find and replace in notepad before importing the database. This worked fine and there are the images for white label cms working well.
