I have active checkboxes for sending email to registered users and even if they do not receive confirmation emails

If you are using a separate “thanks” page, make sure it has the [pdb_signup_thanks] shortcode.

Yes, the [pdb_signup_thanks] line is included in the thank you page. Even if I do not use the separate thank-you page I can not receive the confirmation email
