    Hi, I installed the plugin, created the gift card, but the product page does not show the dropdown to choose the amount of the gift card, what could it depend on?

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. This appears to be an issue caused by your Theme.

    The PW Gift Card product type is an extension of the Variable product type that is built into WooCommerce.

    When I view the HTML source code, I do not see the “variations_form” section which shows the dropdown menu. Typically this indicates the Theme has out of date templates files. Look under WooCommerce > Status > Template Overrides.

    Try temporarily switching to the Storefront theme to confirm the issue is with the Theme and then contact your Theme developer for updated template files that can show the Variations dropdown menu correctly.
