Hi, I just carried out a test with your shortcode and it works well in my dev site. Can you carry out the following troubleshooting test. Deactivate all of your other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. Let me know if you can hear the sound.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I deactivated everything, including my theme’s plugin and no sound. I am on a mac.

Hi, do you have someone that owns a laptop that runs windows? If you do can you ask them to check that page in their Windows system?
I am trying to work out if it is your Mac that is causing this issue or not.

My sister has windows computer and she cannot hear sound on her end.
