Could you please try following these steps? :

1. Select you word from the editor, then click the tooltip button so it adds the shortcode around the word you selected
2. Go to you backoffice, you should have a new menu item called “Tooltips” in English
3. Add new item in “Tooltips”, the title should be the same word you selected in the first step, “Major” in this case (it is not case sensitive). Put whatever content you want, it will be the tooltip’s content.

Then you should have the tooltip working.

Tell me if it ok for you.

Pourriez-vous essayer en suivant ces étapes ? :

1. Sélectionnez le mot depuis l’éditeur, cliquez sur le bouton d’infobulle ce qui devrait ajouter un shortcode autour du mot que vous avez sélectionné
2. Allez dans le backoffice, vous devriez avoir un nouvel onglet nommé “tooltips” ou “infobulles” si votre installation est en français
3. Ajoutez un nouvel élément dans «tooltips» ou «infobulles», le titre doit être le mot que vous avez sélectionné à la première étape, «Major» en l’occurrence (c’est insensible à la casse). Et mettez le contenu que vous voulez, ça sera le contenu de l’infobulle.

Votre infobulle devrait alors fonctionner.
