For now, there is no option to add the abandonded cart manually in the abandonded cart list.
Can you please share the screenshot of the order notes of such an order so we can take an overview of it?

I have the same problem. The plugin is all setted and it doesn’t work at all.
And I saw your response about “Cron Jobs”. But is there any instructions on how exactly
the cron job should look like And what file it should executed.
And is there any other solution for this?

Can you please let me know if you have disabled the WP Cron for your website?
If yes, then only you have to add the external Cron job from the Cpanal.
Cron Job Name: cartflows_ca_update_order_status_action
Default Cron job execution time: 15 Min
Command: wp cron event run cartflows_ca_update_order_status_action
You can contact your host if you want to add the cron job externally.
You can also install the WP Crontrol plugin to check all cron jobs.

And I also tried other plugins they can cach abandoned carts and guests information. But this one showing nothing.
