    I tried it out for a couple days, even if you Block IP the same user and same IP can still log in to the website without a problem. Many times when you press the Block IP button, go back there and check later and its not blocked.

    I see that you haven’t opened a support topic for help with this so please do that and we can help you.

    We can’t provide support here but I can tell you for example that blocking an IP address on the Tools >> Live Traffic page is a temporary block only. There is a very good reason why we do that and this is fully explained in our plugin documentation. However, you can permanently block an IP address if you want to, which is also fully explained in our plugin documentation, or if you open a support topic and ask us for help.
