Hello,
Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.
What do you mean by “just doesn’t work” ?
the extension is activated but when I want to access the login page that I defined in the extension options I get the error page but I can access the login through the default page.
is it possible that it is because of rules in htaccess?
I am also having this exact issue. WordPress 6.4.3. I tried a similar plugin as well that also did not work. The other plugin throws a “Rewrites not enabled” error, but mod_rewrite is enabled on my server. Just mentioning that in case it helps. Would love to use this plugin.
so now I understand better. I think it’s because of All In One WP Security.
Hello,
I think there is a conflict with another plugin (security) or with your host. For example, WPEngine doesn’t support WPS Hide Login.
At first, you can deactivate every plugin except WPS Hide Login and activate them one by one until the issue appears.
I’ve got the same problem. I managed to fix it by setting the permalink Structure as “Post Name” instead of the default “Plain” then save the changes and try again to enter.
Hope this helps!
