May I have one of your publicluy published product links with video added to check it from our end here? I checked this plugin on our test site and live demo, it works properly. Maybe there was something wrong in the settings.

Indeed. Not working at all. I tried links from Vimeo, from youtube, it’s just not playing at all

Here product link with video there should be a video on the main image, but there is nothing. Youtube link added to the image

I checked your site. The main image and other images in the gallery were in the webp format, which might not be supported to embedding with video links. you can kindly chekc if you can add links to images in .jpg instead?
And it seems that the theme you are using doesn’t allow video links to be embedded into images. You can kindly check it with another WPC themes https://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/wpclever/#content-themes or at least Storefront theme to see if video links can be added proprerly.

Then the problem is that your module does not support the Webp image format. and I don’t want to go back to jpg again. Will you update the module so that it understands the Webp format?
