    When a user inputs a false captcha, the backend generates a new captcha but does not display it in the frontend, thus the user still sees the first captcha that is now invalid and cannot go forward.

    To help us figure this out, could you share a few more details?

    1. WordPress Version: Which version of WordPress are you using?
    2. PHP Version: What version of PHP is running on your server?
    3. System/Plugin: Which forms are affected by this issue?
    4. How to Reproduce: Could you walk us through how the error happens? That’ll really help us pinpoint the problem.
    5. Link: Any link where we can see the error occuring?

    Once we have this info, we’ll dive in and see what’s going on.
