Please share a link to your website, and I can take a look to make sure that the tracking script is running properly.
And just to be clear, Independent Analytics doesn’t import stats from other tools, like Google Analytics. As it’s own analytics platform, it begins tracking visitors upon installation.

Thanks for sharing the link. I visited the site and it looks like the REST API has been disabled, so that is why Independent Analytics has been unable to track visitors.
Please check your plugins for an option that may have disabled the REST API, and try re-enabling it. If you don’t have an option like that coming from a plugin, it may be added via a code snippet with a plugin like WP Code Lite.
Thanks – that fixed it – I changed setting in W3 Total Cache plugin from “Disable REST API” to “Don’t cache”, then I “Purged all caches” … and I see stats showing again.
