I added the default form to a page, published it and then tested it. All fine. It is a very basic site on Astra theme. Only 2 pages.
The next morning I got a complaint reporting an error message: There has been some error while submitting the form. Please verify all form fields again.
I tested again and got the same error message.

Thank you, but I’ve read too many reports of others whose forms have mysteriously stopped working and mid launch I can’t take the risk.
