That one works, but I noticed it doesn’t let you touch the file extension and is not case sensitive.
I didn’t realize that if you upload files with capitalized extensions, WordPress does not make them lower case by default, so I was looking for a way someone could change file extensions when ssh or a cpanel type file manager are not available.

No, I did not know about that plugin Jose. It looks perfect, except it won’t act on files that have already been uploaded.

With Media File Renamer you have to pay to access the most basic option of manual renaming 🙁
