have you added “Facebook AppID” in Recoomendation Bar Setting tab and “Facebook PageName(YOUR_PAGE_URL)” (which is the last part of your fb page URL http://www.facebook.com/YOUR_PAGE_URL) in Widget/Sidebar Likebox option tab from Settings?
