    Could not get a dual auth login to show once activated, account created and a CC added to allow the SMS to work.

    Hi Matt,

    Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with our product.

    After successful configuring the plugin, your device automatically becomes listed as a trusted device. Can you please confirm that you can see the computer on your ‘Trusted devices list’?

    To verify if the plugin has been properly configured, please trying logging in using a different browser, or remove your device from the ‘Trusted devices list’ and trying logging in.
