    Helo,
    Indeed, certain slider does not support the javascript is loaded in the footer.
    Try deleting the last parameter to not load the javascript in the footer:

    wp_enqueue_script('jquery', 'https://code.jquery.com/jquery-'.$jquery_ver.'.min.js', false, null);

    If this is not enough, here too:

    		wp_enqueue_script('jquery-migrate', 'https://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-'.$jquery_migrate_ver.'.min.js', false, null);`
