Does not work from intranet

    can’t view .doc or .pdf files

    tried 3 different browsers, all have same problem

    read reviews from others having troubles with this working on their intranet. Same for me… not working on intranet / behind firewalls,etc

    This should be clearly articulated on main page — could have saved a lot of time and frustration.

    It was clearly mentioned in the documentation that the embed will not work for files hosted in intranet or any private server that requires some kind of authentication. The viewer services are cloud based and the services need to access the documents to convert them to convert to an embeddable form.
