Does not work in frontend

    Hi,

    Since I switched to theme The7 tooltips do not work anymore in the frontend. I also disabled the cache plugin but still nothing to see in the frontend.

    Any suggestion ?

    We did a test on our site, all things works well, wordpress tooltips follow wordpress the_content API to detect tooltip terms and add tooltip effect on tooltip terms, if that theme follow the_content API, then it should works well, I guess that great theme should support the_content API, so I am not sure what caused the problem, would you please open tooltips.org and click the support ticket link at the top menu bar to support a ticket with more details, we are happy to help you check it 🙂
