Ok thanks. So Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra runs on Android OS, correct? If so, I will check it out and report back asap.
Also currently there is no option to display the ribbon only on the home page, but I like the idea and will add for the next plugin update.

Ah, no sorry that’s not a current feature of the plugin. It may be possible to achieve using some custom CSS (depending on your theme), but not something the plugin can do at this time.
Hey just to follow up with this, I tested the support ribbon on Android and it’s working normally. If that is not happening in your case, there could be some other factor interfering with normal functionality. Just a guess here, but the issue could be theme-related. A quick test would be to temporarily switch to one of the default WordPress themes and try again.

However, we use a default WordPress theme. there must be an incompatibility with something then.
