Does not work on Widgetized page please help

Hello,

I am trying to use Master Slider to display on a widgetized page in my theme. The theme is a professional theme called Dynamo by OxBox Themes. I can get the slider to display on the Widgetized Homepage using the Master Slider widget just fine. However it does not work on any other widgetized page. If I use the inspector I can see that the slider is being loaded in the CSS but the widget elements all have a height of zero. It is as if the slider widget height is not being included in the calculations for the master slider containers. Even if I manually edit the css (live in the inspector) and set the height to match the expected height on all the css selectors so the box model is correct, the slides still do not render.

I cannot understand this behaviour. The template author has stated that Master Slider works with the theme.

I really need some help in debugging and getting this to work.
