My hunch is that this may be Rocket Loader. Does turning that off in your CloudFlare performance settings fix the issue?

Yes, it works but I would like to leave it on, my site is faster with Rocket Loader active.

Any other possible solution?

This might work, if you know how to use script tags for the script that is being impacted.

If not, I would recommend turning it off and filing a bug report with us. We can have an engineer take a look to see why it is breaking.
