Thanks for the feedback, we’ll test it soon.
I also tested it with CF7 and same loading icon issue here, i tested on two different wordpress installs but same issue. So i think plugin is not integrated properly to work with CF7
thanks

It worked fine for us when releasing the latest version. It’s possible that an update in CF7 is causing this. We’ll investigate it in the next 1-2 days.

I just tried it and it worked fine for me – message was sent and user was subscribed. @waqasnu1, I can check what’s wrong on your site if you give me URL to have a look.
It is working fine,
I understand the issue.Basically we need to have these 2 variables as it is in order to integrate it with CF7.
Name variable must be [text your-name]
Email variable must be [email your-email]
If we rename these variables to something else then form will not integrate with newsletter.
thanks

Yes, sorry we’ve missed that in the description. The form works with the default field names in CF7.

I just committed a new version with the information that the field names shouldn’t be changed. We can add configuration about this but I see no much reason.
I was able to modify contact.php to allow for my custom CF7 Name and Email field names..
I think you should look into this functionality as I know I change all of the CF7 default field names for every site I build.
All in all, thanks for the free plugin and pointing us in the right direction regarding the default field names!

Thanks. Maybe configuration will be the way to go because trying to read the field names from your email template will be prone to bugs. Thanks for the feedback to both.
I completely understand it could get buggy trying to dynamically read the field names from the forms..
Maybe a text inputs on the integrate CF7 page that notes ‘If your name + email field names have changed from the default (your-name + your-email), please enter them below:’ and then contact.php would pull the data from that input?
Thanks again for the support and sorry again for the pain!
