does not work with php shortcode

    hello

    the plugin does not work if i use php shortcode in my theme

    i added this php shortcode (smart slider) in my homepage

    <?php 
echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=1]');
?>

    but when i access with other domains it shows only same domain and smart slider plugin url wont change
