  • Hello @kestas97,

I’m sorry to hear that the WooCommerce statistics stopped working after your recent update—that must be frustrating. Thank you for sharing the stack trace; it looks like there may be an issue inside the WooCommerce admin scripts (in leaderboards.js) that’s causing the dashboard to break.

Could you let me know which version of WooCommerce you updated to? Knowing the exact version will help identify if this is a known issue or if there are specific fixes available.

Also, please share your site’s System Status Report so we can look deeper into your configuration. You can find it under WooCommerce → Status → Get system report. Copy the entire report and paste it into a service like pastebin.com, then share the link here. That will provide insight into your server environment, active plugins, and other details that may affect the statistics.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation—we’ll do our best to help resolve this issue quickly.

    Hi. Woocommerce version 10.3.3.

    Hi @kestas97,

Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing your system status report — we appreciate you taking the time to do that. However, it seems the Pastebin link you provided shows a message saying, “This page is no longer available. It has either expired, been removed by its creator, or removed by one of the Pastebin staff.”

Could you please recreate a new paste at https://pastebin.com, set its expiration to “Never or 3 days,” and share the new link here? Once we have access to the report, we’ll be able to review your setup in detail and continue troubleshooting the WooCommerce statistics issue for you.

Looking forward to your update so we can move ahead with this.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report. Everything appears fine in the report, and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue — everything is displaying correctly on my end.

I can see that you’re using multiple caching plugins on your site, which might be causing this issue. Could you please try clearing your site cache and server-side cache and see if that helps?

If the issue persists, please try deactivating the following plugins temporarily:

    • WP Rocket
    • WP Rocket | Force Page Caching
    • Redis Object Cache
    • Cloudflare

After that, go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and run the Clear Analytics Cache tool. If the figures still appear incorrect, try re-importing the historical data from the same section.

Please let us know if the issue continues after trying these steps.

I did as you said, but the problem remains.

    Hi @kestas97,

Thank you for your response. To further isolate the issue, we’ll need to perform a conflict test. Please create a staging version of your website. If your hosting provider offers a staging feature, use that option. Otherwise, you can manually clone your live site to a subdomain or directory using a plugin such as WP Migrate Guru or All-in-One WP Migration.

Once the staging site is ready, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. After doing so, check your analytics again to see if the issue persists. If the problem remains, go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, clear transients for both options, and also clear the analytics cache.

When you reply, please include the System Status Report from the staging site. Additionally, record your screen using Loom to show what happens when you visit the analytics page and how the error appears. Finally, navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, look for any fatal error entries, open the relevant log, and share its contents via Pastebin.
