we have tried it with variable products and could not find any errors on our staging environment. Could you send us more information (e.g. error message and system report) about your environment via e-mail ([email protected])? This will help us to better analyze the errors. Many thanks in advance.

there is one thing you could try before – deactivate our plugin and then click on order again in a completed order (customer login) in the detail view of the order. If that doesn’t work either then it might be connected to an installed third WooCommmerce plugin. In any case send us the error messages by e-mail.
