Does Restrict User Access support MultiSite?

If I install on a MultiSite network, will a specific Level be available on all sites in the network? Or, are Levels created at individual site level?

Specifically, I’d like to create a level called something like “Group A”. Then if a user has Group A level access on one website, they also get that access if another website has “Group A” content.

I’ve searched the forum for ‘”Restrict User Access” MultiSite’, but I can’t find anything.
