    Hi,

I’m about to setup a new WordPress site. I previously owned a WordPress.com site which gained popularity due to the ‘Reader’ section. Does Jetpack allow me to add this reader section to my blog if I were to setup a ww.wp.xz.cn site?

I’m eager to setup a .org site as it allows full customisation but without access to the reader section, I’d probably stay with .com.

Quick thought: one of the main reasons my previous .com site gained a following through the reader section was because I engaged with fellow bloggers sites – posting comments, liking posts etc etc. Basically, all I would need is access to the Reader section, if my posts don’t appear there it may not be a problem if I am able to have access to engage with bloggers?

    Thanks in advance,
    Keith.

If you use Jetpack Subscriptions, then WordPress.com users can subscribe to your site in the WordPress.com Reader, but that’s it. the WordPress.com Reader’s Discover and Tag listings are reversed for WordPress.com blogs only.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn are two different entities: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com
