    Hello,

I installed the plugin today on my website to protect both the images and the text content. I’d like to know if the plugin affects the way Pinterest’s bot sees the site in any way.

I have the “Pin It” button enabled so users can still pin content, and Pinterest’s bot visits my site daily. I want to make sure there are no conflicts between the plugin and how Pinterest interacts with the site.

    Thanks in advance!

    Dear @juanwp22,

    Thanks for the topic.

I want to mention that there is no limitation for the Pinterest bot as it works on code-level, and we block nothing on the code-level.
Please let us know even if there are any problems found in this regard in the future. Our Support Team is always ready to check your requests and help you accordingly as soon as possible.

If you have any other questions, feel free to open another topic.

    Thank you.

    Dear Jasmine,

Thank you for the information. I’m currently testing the plugin, and everything seems to be working correctly on my site.

I use LiteSpeed Cache, and so far I haven’t excluded anything related to your plugin—it still appears to function properly. Do you recommend excluding anything from the caching plugin, or is it fine as is?

    Thanks again for your support!

    Best regards,

Just a quick update — I enabled the F9 block option in Mozilla Firefox, but the site content is still accessible. I’ve already cleared the cache, but the feature doesn’t seem to be taking effect.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

    Thanks again!

    Dear @juanwp22,

    Thanks for the reply.

Regarding the caching plugin, I want to mention, there is nothing that needs to be excluded from the Cache plugin related to our plugin.
If, later on, you make some changes in the Settings, especially in the Styles tab, and after saving them, you see no changes, then please clear your caches and recheck if the issue is resolved.

Regarding the site content still being accessible, please provide us with screenshots from Admin Dashboard from this option section, and provide us with the link to your website where we can test the given case.
Also, please let us know the PHP, WordPress, and Copy Content Protection plugin versions you are using.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your response.

    I’m currently using:

    • WordPress version: 6.8.2
    • PHP version: 8.3.23
    • Secure Copy Content Protection plugin version: 4.7.1

Can I send you the website URL privately or through a link shortener to keep it non-public?

Let me know how you’d prefer to receive it.
    Thanks again for your support!

    Best regards,
    Juan
