Does the plugin handle nav pagination ?

Hello, I’m using the integrated portfolio of the thème Quark from mojo themes. This one works well but it doesn’t handle pagination for each category. That means whatever is the selected category (filter), the nav pagination always refers to the whole portfolios group. And when I go to page 2 for example, after having applied a filter, it brings me to the page 2 of “all”.
My question is simple : does Awesome Filterable Portfolio handles the nav pagination event when a filter is selected ?
