We need a search tool that can improve the search ability on a client’s website.

They have some terms that can be miss-typed, and while some plugins do the Did You Mean from the site’s database, we are wanting one where you can also add to the library. Say you have a name called Chippie, but people tend to look Chippy. Is there a tool in your pluigin that you can add to a Library of terms, to say “Chippy = Chippie”?

    Regards

    Hi,

Unfortunately it is against the forum rules to answer questions about paid plugin versions, please check this thread for contact links.

    All the best,

Wow… so you can’t answer a question about the paid version here.

Ok I’ll raise a ticket. Just thought it might be beneficial to others to know about such tools, rather than not allowing a response to that, to help others.

Unfortunately it is not up to me, the forum rules are strict on this. We both get banned if I engage, I’m sorry.

    Best, Ernest

    Not your fault. Totally understand.
Forum rules wise – it’s bloomin backward! Don’t help or answer about something, that is only on the Pro version – make them ask there rather than here. Understood.

But hey, I’ve contacted your main support team.
Alas I can’t mark as Resolved as it isn’t, but I thank you for your prompt replies.

    That is correct.
