Does this not work with friendly URLs/permalinks?

    I am able to get this plugin to work so long as I have the default permalinks turned on, but when I turn on friendly URLs (e.g. domain.com/post-name), it breaks. Is there any way to get this to work with friendly URLs? I’m using shared SSL, so not sure if this would be the cause of my problem.
