Prior to implementing this plugin (and buying the pro version), can you confirm whether it will allow my client to add a percentage increase or decrease to ALL (or selected) product prices? Their items fluctuate regularly in price due to the material costings.

Yes, Smart Manager plugin allow you to bulk update all product prices( like % increase or decrease).

Same functionality you can test using demo site on Store App site by simply clicking on this link,

Also, would like to inform you that bulk update functionality is only available in pro version of Smart Manager
