    We just collect and use customer information related to their shipping address, specifically the Country/Region field. This information is securely obtained and encrypted through the official WooCommerce API.

    Purpose:

    • We utilize this information on our Shipment page for filtering purposes. It allows users to view shipping conditions for various destinations.
    • The data is also used for analysis on our homepage, providing users with insights into shipping conditions for different destinations.
    • If the tracking page is configured to display the destination, our Google Maps integration will show the corresponding map for that destination.

    The reason why I ask this question is that our customer complaint that spam emails were received.

    How is the data processed, please? on our local server, or processed on your server?

    Hi there,
    As I mentioned earlier, we just collect and use customer information related to their shipping address, specifically the Country/Region field. We will not collect and process any relevant private information of your customers, including email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
    All the information is saved in your local server, after our server gets shipping address information through the official WooCommerce API, our server processes it and returns it to your store for display and related data analysis.
    It is important to reiterate that we do not collect, much less use, any of your customers’ private information, including e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. We do not collect, nor do we use, any of your customers’ private information.
