Does this plugin do HTTPS to HTTP?

I currently have a website http://www.gotogirltix.com.au which I had SSL on prior to deleting my site and starting over. I have decided I don’t actually need the SSL and won’t renew the SSL next year when the time comes.

My website has been indexed on google with the https://www.gotogirltix.com.au instead of the http://www.gpotogirltix.com.au. My question is can this plugin set a re-direct for https to http so that I don’t loose my google indexes and rank?
