does this plugin not work in wordpress 5.5?

I don’t understand how to integrate the stream player into my wordpress site. I downloaded the wp engine plugin but no cloudflare stream setting appears under wordpress settings as indicated in the help sections(https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027744552-Using-Cloudflare-Stream-with-WordPress) and videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NCpJOxcNIY). I don’t see an Enable Stream button as indicated in the set up directions, but I have videos in my stream library and the https link works if I past it in my browser (but not when pasting it into my divi them video player).
Any suggestions? Thanks
