Really Simple SSL does not use XML-RPC. If you don’t have any other plugins which use it, you can safely disable it.

One more thing does Really Simple SSL Plugin redirect all links in the website to “https”
and also do we have to update webmaster & google analytics details after installing this plugin?

Hi,
Really Simple SSL will redirect all links to your own domain to https automatically.
