Does this plugin work with Canadian postal codes?

    What we’re trying to do is assign delivery rates based upon Canadian postal code prefixes. (Should also work in the UK.) For example, all postal codes beginning with “V8B” would have a delivery cost of $12.95. Would it be possible to define “V8B*” to cover all postal codes beginning with the V8B prefix?
