    Hello
Just quick question I did not find in your faq. Does your stats plugin show which google location url the keyword search was performed at – and does it show the keyword position.
This is the key feature that keeps me using StarCounter.
    Example it will show
    Keyword: Carrot Seeds
    Searched From: Google.fr
    Keyword rank: 5

So if you try to find your rank at google.com for example, it may not even be in the top 100. But from Google France search its at top 5.

And for me – its the single most thing I view. Keyword from Searches, where and rank.

Hope you have this feature or will soon.

Yes, it does. It’s under the RIGHT NOW tab, listed as SERP next to those pageviews that contained this information.

PS: a vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you!

    Cheers,

    Hello Camu,

I installed today and your plugin looks great. But the only feature I look at in Stats is what keyword, what engine, and what was the rank google gave it –

I used google to find my keyword and then arrive at the site and your plugin recorded the keyword and the Ips that I used to test. BUT it did not report that the refer was a search engine.

    Example
I searched from google.com, google.ca, google.fr and in each case I found the keyword using that specific engine and then clicked the link at google, but the slimstats did not report the search engine.

Its not reporting the search engine at all

If you have a contact email I can show you what it looks like at Statcounter. If you can get yours to show this data, it will even top Piwik.

I tested with javascript on at first then I turned it off in your settings and testing all over again, but again its not showing the search engine refer nor any other data about the search data other than just the keyword string used.

But do love everything else – but again for me – all i focus on is the keywords used and where it came from especially google search where adwords could be used etc…
