Does this work with Jetpack Subscribe?

Hello,

I am using WordPress 4.2.1, Scroll Triggered Boxes 1.4.4, and Jetpack 3.5.

I recall that STB and Jetpack Subscribe used to work, but they don’t anymore; the “Subscribe” button no longer does anything.

I created a scrollbox and inserted the following:
[jetpack_subscription_form title=" " subscribe_text=" " subscribe_button="Subscribe" show_subscribers_total="1"]

Is there a way I can get this to work again? Or revert back to an older version that worked?
