Does this work without WooCommerce

Hi there,

I have a client who does shipping in his store, he utilizes multiple carriers, but would like to provide a branded url for customers who use his service – I am wondering if this would work on our existing existing site to allow customers to track their package across multiple carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) ? I see it would do that with WooCommerce, but does it work with any orders that are being used by these carriers?
