Does woocommerce modify htaccess?

    Just wondering if WooCommerce modifies htaccess file at all?

    We just moved from one server to another and I reset the htaccess file and am having issues with shop page being 404.

    If woocommerce is supposed to modify the htaccess file, then that is not happening (so probably a persmissions issue).

    But I need to know if does modify or not?

    WooCommerce does not put anything in your site’s .htaccess, no.
