Does WP Lazy Load work with widgets?

I have two questions about this plugin’s functionality:
#1 – Does it work for widgets, like the lazy widget loader plugin?
#2 – If yes, would it automatically lazy load widget items hidden in an accordion menu?If the answer to both is “no”, I would love to get some pointers as to how to achieve what I’ve described by adding some customizations on top of this plugin.
