Does WP Staging clones the database?

    Hi,
    I’m just wondering what happens during creation of the staging site with the database?

    Will it be cloned or what os the technique about this detail? Where are changes stored?

    Ah, got it. It clones all the table in the databse using prefix ‘wpstg0’. Next staging run creates table using ‘wpstg1’ prefix.

    This leads to the next question : If I delete the staging directory I have to delete all this tables?

    Hi,

    yes, but it’s better and easier if you delete the staging site with WP STAGING.
