Hi, I’m interested in using your plugin to embed Customer Insights Journeys forms on our website. Can you confirm if your plugin stores PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PHI (Protected Health Information), or does this information simply pass through the plugin? If you have a privacy policy that clarifies how your plugin handles PII & PHI, please send me a link. Thank you!

    Hi @iparsons9

our plugin is a passthrough one, it does not store any information but simply uses information stored either in WordPress or Dataverse.

Adding clarification to the documentation is a great idea – thank you – we’ll add it to the docs backlog

Thanks, though can you send me whatever existing policy/documentation you have around the topics of privacy, pass through, and non-storage of data? I’ll need to forward this to my info security team for consideration.

Sorry, seems like a duplicated message but I forgot to add @georgedude so you may have not seen my previous message. Can you please send me whatever existing policy/documentation you have around the topics of privacy, pass through, and non-storage of data? I’ll need to forward this to my info security team for consideration. Thanks.

@iparsons9 we don’t have anything yet but will be adding something to our docs soon. In the meantime, a simple statement like “our plugin does not store any information including PII or PHI” should do.
