    Hi,

    In the past few days, we’ve been trying to use your support via your ticket system as premium users. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response at all, nor any acknowledgment of receipt. How is that possible? We would appreciate assistance. Free users seem to be getting help here more quickly.

    If you didn’t receive any confirmation e-mail at all, then I suspect that your tickets haven’t been sent correctly. Please send us a message directly via support(at)complianz.io and we will be glad to help out.

    Please note that we are currently seeing a significant increase in the amount of support tickets; so please do allow us some time to answer your message.

    We have done this in response to an older ticket, number #742329347. I would like to know if this email has been received successfully.
