    Sometimes works great, but other times doesn’t and ends up with an error message of one type or another. I still prefer doing manual backups. At least I can be sure that my site is protected that way.

    Have you by chance submitted a ticket before about this? If not, would you be able to share the error message here that you’re receiving? I’d really like to figure out what’s causing the error message you’re getting and fix it.
